Brecht House
The project consisted in adding a new 2-story addition and connect to the existing single family dwelling with an aluminum and glass structure. A new foundation system for the existing single family had to be provided. Additionally, a new 2-car garage and pool house at the rear of the property.
Rosabella’s Restaurant
We provided the new exterior patio structures for an existing restaurant.
Moorpark Glass Wall Pool
Provided the structural analysis and plan for a new pool in the city of Moorpark. Also designed an acrylic wall over looking into a descending slope.
T-Mobile Facility – Hawaii
Designed the required structural plans to add new roof top mechanical units and equipment for the existing facility.
Oxnard 2-Story Remodel
We analyzed and designed the new addition of an existing single family dwelling.
Honda Car Dealership
Provided the necessary structural plans and calculations for a new 1-story structure.
